Background
Tim Stover (Ph.D., Texas) specializes in Latin literature, with a particular interest in epic poetry. His current
research is focused especially on epic poetry of the early Empire. This work has been supported by a First Year Assistant
Professor grant and a grant from the Committee on Faculty Research Support, both awarded by FSU. Tim joined the
department in the fall of 2006.
