The Department is pleased to offer three M.A. degree programs in classics, Latin, and Greek, and a Ph.D. degree program in classics with concentrations in classics or classical archaeology. The M.A. programs are designed to prepare students for future doctoral level work in classical studies or related fields, secondary education, cultural heritage management, and more. The Ph.D. program seeks to prepare students for careers in research, secondary and university teaching, publishing, state and federal granting agencies, and historical preservation.
