Christina Cha received her BA in Greek and Latin and a post-baccalaureate certificate in Classics, both from UCLA. Continuing on to graduate studies at FSU, she obtained her MA in Classical Archaeology, as well as completed the accompanying program for Specialized Study in Museum Theory and Practice. She is currently working on earning a PhD in Classical Archaeology at FSU.

Her primary research interests lie in Roman industry and trade, with a particular focus on the production and distribution patterns of ceramic materials. She has experience working as a field archaeologist for several projects in Italy, including Cetamura del Chianti, Cosa Excavations, and the Gabii Project.  At present, she supervises the finds lab at Cosa Excavations, as well as serves as a Materials Consultant for the Gabii Project.
